Picture of the Day 22.02.2016
I have arrived well in San José, Costa Rica last night. I took quite a while to get there thanks to my layover in Dallas but I made it. So I went out to explore the city today and it is once again something completely different to what I have experienced before. It is quite a clean and modern city compared to what I was used to in Asia. But there is still its own very special touch to it. Everywhere in the streets of the center you have people trying to sell you things like fake dvds, handbags or remotes....but also fresh vegetables. They don't just stand there and present their goods, no they scream it out so that everyone know where he can get a remote. Well that results in the city being quite loud. That and the constant traffic. There are still a lot of bikes but it's mostly centered around cars and honking. Still all in all it's easier and quieter to navigate than any Asian city. I have one more day in San José before moving on....unfortunately there isn't that much to do here but I'll figure something out.
